Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for 14 days after date of dlivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since your purchase.

Your item must be brand-new and in the same condition as you received it in order to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packing.

!!Earrings are not eligible for refunds!!

Gift cards are some additional non-returnable items.

We need a receipt or other evidence of purchase in order to process your return.

Unfortunately, only full-priced items may be refunded; sale items are not eligible.

Damaged Items (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items are subject to replacement. Send us an email at if you'd want to exchange it for the same item.

Do not mail your product back without first getting in touch with us.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
